Challenge:
Air New Zealand needed to enhance the lighting in their hangar network across Christchurch, Nelson, and Auckland. The goal was to improve visual acuity for task-critical activities, a vital aspect of their operations.
Our Solution:
At The Lighting Practice, we developed and managed a tender and a program delivery model tailored to Goodman's complex needs. This model was meticulously crafted to ensure seamless upgrades across all sites.
Outcome:
This solution has significantly reduced the risk and cost associated with business interruptions due to lighting failures. The new lighting standard we established for Air New Zealand has set a benchmark in operational efficiency and safety, enhancing the performance of critical tasks in these vital areas.
