Our Process
Project Briefing
Meet with customer stakeholders to provide an upgrade project brief.
Review Site
The Lighting Practice Project Manager reviews the site with the customer to identify logistical requirements and hazards.
Pre-start Meeting
From the site review, the The Lighting Practice Project Manager briefs and obtains sign-off on pre-start documentation, including the project plan and GANNT chart
H&S Documentation, Planning and Compliance
Prepare and present JSA and SSSP and, where relevant, notify work safely.
Site Induction and Briefing
The Lighting Practice staff inducts and introduce to the site and scope of work.
Installation
Install the specified luminaire per the specified solution and lighting plan.
Day to Day Health and Safety
Daily toolbox meetings and communication with customer stakeholders to identify hazards and coordinate access
Commissioning
Verify the luminaire has been installed per the specification and lighting plan and commission the lighting controls.
Program Closeout
Compile documentation, including updated asbuilts, data sheets, lighting plans, lighting control configuration plans and electrical code of compliance.
