Lighting Design
Prepare a lighting model to verify project LUX levels and satisfy site lighting requirements.
Specify Solution
Prepare a schedule detailing the number and type of luminaire required to meet site lighting requirements.
Prepare Audit Report
Report synthesising of information from audit report and lighting design to describe current and future state lighting outcomes and develop lighting upgrade business case.
Procure Luminaire
Brief manufacturer reviewing QC reports to verify the quality of the finished product.
Develop Installation Program
Develop a project plan to mitigate business interruption and coordinate site access and H&S requirements.
Installation
Install the specified luminaire per the solution and lighting plan.
Commissioning
Verify the luminaire has been installed per the specification and lighting plan and commission the lighting controls.
Program Closeout
Compile documentation, including updated asbuilts, data sheets, lighting plans, lighting control configuration plans and electrical code of compliance.
